odds are a trillion to one that the recent...and on-going...Kaikoura
quakes on New Zealand's south island...were not natural, but the result
of scientifically premeditated geo-physical warfare, the main-stay of the global war-machine (or should I say 'defense industry'?)'s 'revolution in military affairs.'
Sure,
sure...earthquakes DO happen naturally. New Zealand is bisected by a
major fault line and Kaikoura is right on it. And the moon wasn't only
full, it was a SUPER MOON! To say that this was done on purpose by
people is no more than some of that conspiracy theory, many will say.
Well, to those, all I can say is 'Go and pop another beer and watch some footie...and be sure not to look at any FAKE NEWS OK?' Leave the critical thinking to those who don't have brain damage! Are you sure the quakes weren't caused by 'climate change'???
Astronomer Carl Sagan
observed that "We live in a society exquisitely dependent on science
and technology, in which hardly anyone knows anything about science and
technology." That the military in general has developed what most would
consider to be 'science fiction' level weapons systems is a testament to
Sagan's critique, as is his untimely death from leukemia contracted
from his 100+ personal demonstrations against nuclear weapons at the
Nevada Test Site.
These
quakes, however, didn't surprise me in the least. I never ventured a
'formal prediction' but the possibility did cross my mind a number of
time as I have been monitoring the naval 'war game' Exercise Mahi Tangaroa happening this week in two Auckland harbours, as well as providing in-depth coverage of the recent RIMPAC
naval war-games in Hawai'i which killed an enormous amount of marine
life and helped to destroy the coral reefs with high-powered microwave
transmissions coupled with electromagnetic 'pollution' from weaponized
systems that 'protect' ship hulls from corrosion. Marine biologist Terry Lilley and chemical engineer Stewart Simonson have made enormous contributions to our understanding of this covert environmental warfare, even greater burdens on the health of Mother Ocean and her family of life.

When these quakes happened on the exact same day that Mahi Tangaroa commenced,
and I saw that U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry had just met with New
Zealand Prime Minister John Key less than 24 hours earlier, I was
struck by the numerous parallels with the Christchurch quakes, which had inspired me to create a new term/area of research/blog 'geo-terrorism' and led me to determine, I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt, that it's cause was, yes, scientifically premeditated geo-physical warfare.
CHRISTCHURCH QUAKE: IMPROBABLE ANOMALIES
In February of 2011 my former partner Liesbet Verstraeten and I had been camping high on the slopes of Mt. Titiroa, the highest peak in that part of Fiordland. Close to Lake Manapouri, Grandmother Titiroa as we call her is geologically unique, being a dome of pink granite and capped by a massive 3-ridge outcropping of quartzite. Both of these minerals are diamagnetic, meaning that they are non-conductive electrically and actually shield against EMR and magnetic fields.

When we came down to Manapouri after several days of being deeply embraced in the womb of Mother Earth, Liesbet and I both felt a weird sensation in our solar plexuses, almost a pain...I've never felt anything like it, but it was definitely real, we both felt it, and it persisted for a couple of days. THE CHRISTCHURCH QUAKE: WHO DID IT?
As soon as I began to digest the voluminous information coming in, however, I quickly began to be suspicious of the etiology of the Christchurch quake.
Without repeating a story I have written and talked extensively about in blog postings, published articles and radio shows, and having been familiar with the potential for covert geo-physical warfare for many years, I was instantly suspicious of the 'natural' origin of the Christchurch quake when I learned from mainstream media sources that on the exact day of the quake, as well as the day before, a US-NEW ZEALAND GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP FORUM was taking place in Christchurch. This alone sounded suspect to me, but when I read who was there...several of the highest-level 'disaster management' personnel in the entire U.S. government...my alarm bells went off big-time. Present were Timothy Manning, Assistant Director of FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency; Richard Armitage, the official coordinator of the US's response to 9/11; Admiral Thad Allen, coast guard, who was the 'event commander' not only for Hurricane Katrina but also for the Gulf-BP Macondo oil rig explosion. Janet Napolitano, head of Homeland Security was supposed to be there but cancelled at the last minute. A high-ranking diplomat by the name of Kurt Campbell was also there, who at the time was Assistant Secretary of State for Asian and Pacific Affairs. And a contingent of 8 or 9 US Congressmen who were part of a Committee on Asian and Pacific Affairs or something like that were in Christchurch the morning of the quake, then suddenly flew to Wellington two hours before the quake, and were IN JOHN KEY'S OFFICE when the quake happened just after 1pm on 22 February 2011. One of them was Rep. Kevin Brady from Texas who is well known for his cozy relationship with 'big oil' and who is on record as having received at least tens of thousands of $ from Anadarko Petroleum, who not only was mysteriously granted their offshore drilling permit for Canterbury only hours after the quake, but whose board of directors at the time read like a board of directors for H.A.A.R.P. As if this weren't enough, seismologists pointed out many anomalies with this quake, the greatest one being the astronomical odds against the fact that the region of maximum displacement of the quake just happened to coincide PRECISELY with the core cbd region of Christchurch, as if the very heart of the city had been targeted for demolition.
Who did it? Mother Earth 'did' it BUT she was goaded into it! In another sense and at another level, computers did it. It was clearly a clandestine operation utilizing the latest in what is known as geo-physical warfare. The technologies that make this possible are controlled and operated by joint military-industrial groups under the strategic guidance of an array of 'think tanks', university departments, 'defense' contracting trans-nationals, and factions within the intelligence community, who ultimately take their orders from the international banking cartel. The people and organizations who control H.A.A.R.P. and
related technologies are essentially the 'mechanics' of the operation.
If you need to name a country behind it, it would be the USA, but secret factions within its administrative hierarchy, 'cells' of the New World Order coalition.

THE CHRISTCHURCH QUAKE: WHY?
If we look at who benefited and what the more or less immediate after-effects were, it's clear that the short answer is greed. The
main effects beyond the loss of life, massive destruction and
socio-psychological chaos were the transfer of ownership of a vast
amount of key property areas in Christchurch and surrounds; a still-ongoing construction bonanza (planned to continue until at least 2020); the handing over of the control and operation of New Zealand's overall military apparatus to Lockheed;
and, most importantly, a radical transformation of the entire
legal/administrative structure for the whole country, not just
Canterbury nor even just the south island. The CERA (Canterbury
Earthquake Recovery Authority) legislation bears a great resemblance to
the Patriot Act passed in the USA in the wake of 9/11. Both CERA and
Patriot Acts primarily granted de facto dictatorial powers to their respective governments.
My belief is that the Christchurch quake was engineered in order to serve as New Zealand's '9/11', a coup d'etat designed
to transform the bureaucratic environment to make it friendlier to the
forces of the New World Order and globalization via U.S. hegemony; in
other words, a 'friendly take-over' of New Zealand (as opposed to
getting carpet bombed with DU in 'unfriendly take-over' mode). It served
as a demonstration of 'tectonic warfare' not only to 'key' members of
the New Zealand government and corporate elite, but also as a practice
run of constantly evolving geo-physical warfare techniques. New Zealand
has long been a target for U.S.-based military and industrial
interests, not only because in her EEZ (Exclusive Economic Zone) she has
as much hydro-carbons as Texas or the North Sea, but even more
importantly, Aotearoa is not only a strategic component of the 'Pacific
Pivot', but also a key 'stepping-stone to Antarctica', a place of
exploding military activity and preparations for mineral extraction.
WAS NZ BEING PUNISHED?
In no way was New Zealand as a whole being 'punished' by an 'evil enemy.' Assimilated but not punished. The whole scenario is what is known as a false-flag operation, whereby acts of terrorism, be it 'conventional' with, for example 'hijacked planes' or 'geo-terrorism' using 'natural disasters' like earthquakes, are pulled off, creating destruction and chaos, and the blame then placed on the new bogey or scape-goat = Al Qaeda or 'climate change'. Everything that ensues is for the benefit of the powers that be...more money, more property, more power, more centralization, more consolidation.
In total honesty, New Zealand is already pretty much the perfect client state for the New World Order: extremely few of the people of Aotearoa could ever be bothered even to question the mainstream ideas on this or anything else...they are too busy, too preoccupied, too content with their day to day lives and patterns of consumption. As in any other western nation, as long as they have food in the grocery stores, petrol at the stations, booze at the bottle shops and footy on the tellie...all else is secondary and a bit of lip-service is the greatest outrage they will exhibit even in the face of the greatest of atrocities. Many people drive great distances in order to protest against the hydro-carbon industry. The powers that be understand this all too well.
HOW?
Geo-physical warfare represents the 'next generation' of war-fighting, an integral part of what is known as the 'revolution in military affairs', a metastasis of all things 'defence' [Orwellian euphemism for 'imperial mobilization']-related since the mid-1990's. Dr. Nick Begich reckons that the advent of this new paradigm of 'war-fighting' [Orwellian euphemism for 'global genocide and ecocide unfettered by oversight or accountability'] represents the crossing of a threshold as great as the splitting of the atom and all that has entailed.
THE CHRISTCHURCH AND KAIKOURA QUAKES AS PHASES 1 and 2 OF THE "NORMALIZATION OF US-NZ 'SECURITY COOPERATION' "
The unusual coincidences and anomalies of the Christchurch quake are myriad; the fact that the Kaikoura quake occurred under extraordinarily similar circumstances makes the odds a trillion to one that either of these quakes was 'natural' and that they are not unrelated in etiology and culpritude.
SUMMARY OF PARALLELS
Both quake scenarios involved the simultaneous occurrence of high-level international bureaucratic/diplomatic meetings, the presence of many high-level officials, the presence of naval vessels (the NZ navy had ships in Lyttelton harbour on the day of the quake, Mahi Tangaroa had 30+ warships in Auckland harbours), and anomalous 'focalization' on well-defined and strategically/industrially significant locations, just to name a few.
The Christchurch quake has served as a major opportunistic and premeditated 'land-grab', and the coming months and years will reveal
the agenda for Kaikoura. Christchurch has become a major
military-industrial hub for accessing Antarctica, with Raytheon being a
central player. My guess is that Kaikoura's peninsula may be 'red-tagged' meaning that the land-owners have no choice but to sell out to the government, who can then do what they want. In addition to a massive new ultra-fancy multi-lane coast highway from Blenheim to Christchurch...by far the primary ground shipping route on the south island...I am also betting on a new 11 star mega-hotel and tourism facility built by and on behalf of Chinese interests, as well as a not-so-secret U.S. submarine base which will access the Pacific via the Kermadec Trench, an extraordinarily deep marine fissure that comes almost to the coast at Kaikoura. Underwater and anti-submarine warfare operations are running off the rail in the world of today, and a huge new threat to life in Mother Ocean is rearing its head, deep sea-bed mining. The Christchurch-Kaikoura neo-MIC corridor could be a new hub for these activities and other military-industrial activities that we can't even imagine.
KAIKOURA HAS UNRIVALLED DEEP-WATER ACCESS FOR SUBMARINES
As the primary motivator is greed, the existence of 'enemies' who need to be 'protected against' and geo-political 'sides' are total delusions perpetuated and maintained by power elite interests whose corporations sell weapons systems, including geo-physical technologies, mining and hydro-carbon extraction technologies, telecommunications systems and who knows what else to everyone on all sides of whatever 'polarities' are believed to exist. For example, China...supposedly the 'arch-enemy' of the USA in the south Pacific...joined in not only the RIMPAC 'celebration in Hawai'i but also the MAHI TANGAROA war-game in Auckland last week, which began on the day of the Kaikoura quake echoed ominously the US-NZ Global Partnership Forum on the day of the Christchurch quake. The Orwellian euphemisms for both events describe 'responses to natural disasters' and 'responses to non-traditional security threats'...which describes precisely what geo-physical warfare simulates and is; both of these occurred precisely as these meetings were taking place.
Finally, we must look at the psychological dimensions of geo-physical warfare and the delierate engineering of 'natural disasters' and 'industrial accidents.' Think-tanks like Mitre,
Rand, and Booz-Allen-Hamilton specialize in this kind of thing. The
'orchestration of reality' has in fact been the single greatest form of warfare foisted on the human population all through the 20th century, concomitant with the advent of mass-communication. 'False flag' operations would not work without the ability to spread the fake news instantaneously throughout the human mindshare. personality, and the exploitation of mass media to obtain public
confidence would be stepping-stones in the piecemeal
transformation of the United States into a highly controlled
society...In addition, it may be possible - and tempting - to exploit
for strategic political purposes the fruits of research on the brain and
on human behaviour."
Note that the instantaneous and immediate effect of the Kaikoura quake was to distract public attention in New Zealand from the massive protests happening in Auckland against the presence of 30+ naval warships for Mahi Tangaroa and the presence of a U.S. warship for the first time in over 30 years. 'Persisting social crisis' (Dakota pipe-line, election protests), and the 'charismatic personality' (Obama, Trump, Putin, bin Laden) are foisted via the 'exploitation of mass-media' to confuse and manipulate the public in general, in the same way that 'climate change' is being foisted as a 'grave planetary disaster' ('climate change' is a false-flag natural disaster, and the 'extreme weather' is really being generated by the very same military technologies that create artificial earthquakes) which can only be addressed by a one-world government...who cares about the Earth!
GEO-TERRORISM UNLEASHED
In March of 2011, in the wake of both the Christchurch quake and Fukushima, and only months after the BP-Gulf debacle, I was inspired to create a new term 'geo-terrorism' and a new blog to investigate. My debut article is an in-depth and very comprehensive look not only at geo-physical warfare, what it is, how it works and who is behind it, but examines a bigger picture of 'civilization' as being essentially founded on the premise and practice of war on Mother Earth.
GEO-TERRORISM AND TECHNETRONIC WARFARE: THE WEAPONIZATION OF 'NATURAL DISASTERS', 'INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS' AND 'ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING'
Two of the mac-daddies of geo-physical warfare are Gordon J.F. MacDonald and Zbigniew Brzezinski. MacDonald was a top National Security and Science Advisor to LBJ in the late 1960's, as well as director of the Mitre Corporation and member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Brzezinski is a behind-the-scenes ultra-right-wing ultra-big-wig who founded the Trilateral Commission on behalf of the Rockefellers, was National Security Advisor to Jimmy Carter, and has served as top National Security Advisor to Obama for the past 8 years.
Geo-physical warfare of course is a vast topic. It is not well understood or even heard of by the majority of people, and involves a myriad array of various and inter-connected researchers, university departments, branches of the military, strategic advisory boards, think tanks and factions of the intelligence community, not to mention several of the largest 'defence' contractors on the planet.
'Traditional' or 'conventional' warfare has involved blowing things and each other up with bombs and missiles, shooting each other with guns, poisoning them with nerve gas and so on. It may have meant the deployment of squadrons of fighter planes and the landing of massive amounts of troops on someone's beach. Clumsy, cumbersome, slow, inefficient, and highly visible from the perspective of the strategic mentality.
With the atomic bomb and nuclear weapons, a new level of destructive power and consolidation of power occurred; yet these weapons proved to be so absolute that they couldn't really be used, not without everybody in the world knowing. Plus, one of their unfortunate side-effects happens to be the non-local dissemination of vast quantities of close to 2000 of synthetic radio-nuclides, the most lethal class of substances known to exist.
Geo-physical warfare solves these problems and has been firmly embraced by the necrophilous technocrats salivating at the constantly accelerating 'revolution in military affairs.' In essence, it involves the engineering and concomitant weaponzation of the natural forces and energies of Mother Earth herself, at the planetary level. MacDonald's vision was to trigger the release of vast reservoirs of energy stored in natural systems like thunderstorms, hurricanes, the ionosphere, the lithosphere and tectonic plates, and to direct the resultant cascade of energy towards a designated target. It's vastly more complex than this, and I'm certainly no expert, but suffice it to say that one thunderstorm, for example, packs more energy than the simultaneous detonation of every atomic weapon that exists. To control the forces of nature to do your bidding would be very 'god-like' eh?
The primary form of technology used for geo-physical warfare involves powerful microwave transmitters which are used to heat the ionosphere with on the order of tens or hundreds of billions of watts of power. H.A.A.R.P. was not the first such transmitter, but was the proto-type for the next-level systems now in use. From day one, these technologies are designed to operate as parts of networks moreso than as individual instruments. Because of the speed-of-light inter-connectedness of these systems, geo-physical warfare is now being performed by a complex network of transmitters located on the ground (the most powerful installation
currently is the PMRF in Kauai, Hawai'i), at sea (on almost every naval
vessel from every country and on floating oil-drilling platforms), in airplanes, in submarines, and on satellites.
State-of-the-art military supercomputers run real-time simulations on every dimension of Mother Earth's processes and along
with information coming in from an astronomical of sensors, are, with
little or no help from actual humans, waging environmental warfare
around the world according to its highest level metaprograms which, if translated into English, probably read like a Zbigniew Brzezinski quote.
'Environmental' warfare is more descriptive of the targets, as opposed to 'geo-physical' warfare, which is more descriptive of how it is done. ENMOD, or 'environmental modification' has been a Air Force acronym for decades. And don't for a minute think that articial earthquakes are the only thing these systems are being used for.
In a well-known and notorious statment of intent by the U.S. Air Force entitled 'Weather as a Force-Multiplier: Owning the Weather by 2025' published in 1996.
"In 2025, US aerospace forces can 'own the weather' by capitalizing on emerging technologies and
focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications...
A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the
atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as
weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our
own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of
natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control,
weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an
adversary.
Technology advancements in five major areas are necessary for an integrated weather-modification
capability: (1) advanced nonlinear modeling techniques, (2) computational capability, (3) information
gathering and transmission, (4) a global sensor array, and (5) weather intervention techniques. Some
intervention tools exist today and others may be developed and refined in the future."
This was written in 1996. The technological push for the precursors of today's geo-physical warfare technologies got a major kick-start with the Strategic Defence Initiative, or 'Star Wars' program under the Reagan administration, and its hand-maiden the Strategic Computing Initiative.
"On
October 8, 1983 the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, a
division of the U.S. Department of Defense, issued a document called the
'Strategic Computing Plan.' The SCP was a five year, $600,000,000
program to develop a new generation of military applications for
computers. The proposal included a thousand-fold increase in computing
power and an emphasis on artificial intelligence. It envisioned
'completely autonomous land, sea and air vehicles capable of complex,
far-ranging reconnaissance and attack missions.' These vehicles would
have human abilities, such as sight, speech, and understanding natural
language, and automated reasoning. The Strategic Computing Plan promoted
the view that the human element in many critical decision-making
instances could be largely or totally replaced by machines. In
describing it's 'pilot associate', for example, SCP argues that 'pilots
are regularly over-whelmed by the quantity of incoming data and
communication on which they must base life-or-death decisions.' Now the
machine will do it. All that the pilot will do is take off and land...

rules on which all computer systems are based treat the world as it it
were built of from a stock of predefined building blocks, put together
in carefully prescribed ways. Artificial intelligence systems are
particularly good at dealing with very complex configurations of these
building blocks, often better than more traditional computer programs.
But they are ill-equipped to respond appropriately to new kinds of
blocks...In more complex environments, unanticipated events are liable
to trigger anomalous reactions..."

And
not only are we now living in a world of covert and unrestrained
computer-operated geo-physical warfare capable of creating 'extreme
weather' events (the effects of so-called 'global warming' morphed into
'climate change') and anomalous earthquakes...all, of course, 'hidden
within the great irregularity of nature'...the ultimate use of these
technologies, in the vision of both MacDonald and Brzezinski, is for
global mind control, or rather, global cognitive debilitation.

TOWARDS A BIGGER PICTURE:
Even
IF the Christchurch and Kaikoura quakes were 'natural' and not acts of
geo-physical warfare, and even IF geo-physical warfare didn't even
exist, we are still living in a world where one species of life on
Mother Earth...we, homo sapiens, 'man, the wise'...are quite
literally waging war on every life form on the planet and even on the
planet herself, through the summation of just about everything that we
as 'civilized man' do.
Our
overall effects on Mother Earth are rivaling those of myriad planetary
cataclysms that have caused major mass-extinctions and radically
re-shaped the evolutionary path of life. As far as we know, we are the
first time that a threat to all of life has been created by a member of
that family of life, what Dr. Jonas Salk referred to as 'an
internally-arising socio-meta-biological pathogenic influence.'
The
same arrogance and species megalomania that gave us the audacity to
call ourselves 'man, the wise' also enables us to refer to the present
era as the 'anthropocene', the 'age of man.' Orwell would be proud, as
are we of our destructiveness.
From
our own demented and delusional perspective, we as humans have crowned
ourselves as the highest form of 'intelligence' and cast ourselves as
planetary over-lords. The reality, however, is that the summation of our
processes quite closely resembles cancer at a planetary level. I call
it the HSMV, or 'homo sapiens macro virus.'
And
this is when we aren't even 'waging war'...this is happening as the
result of the 'normal' day to day processes of what we call
'civilization.', which means, literally, 'living in cities.'
Civilization is not only founded on war against Mother Earth, but IS war
on Mother Earth.
'Digging
precious things from the land' in violation of the Hopi prophecy, the
industrial revolution, the 'peaceful atom', television, the automobile
and computer, every aspect of technological 'progress' we have
'accomplished' all through the 20th century really equates with warfare
against life and Mother Earth herself.
NICOLA TESLA
Nicola
Tesla is revered by many as a 'genius who wanted to help humanity', but
I beg to differ: his 'gift' of electricity for the masses, alternating
current, is really one of the greatest weapons we are using to mutate,
degrade, destroy life as we know her; his patents on 'death rays' and
the manipulation of EMR and the ionosphere have provided the foundation
for OUR MOST ADVANCED WEAPONS SYSTEMS = THE TECHNOLOGIES THAT MAKE
GEO-PHYSICAL WARFARE AND GLOBAL MIND CONTROL POSSIBLE.
Our
belief that we can have 'peace' in any form while we drive automobiles,
electrify our environment, murder animals for meat, enslave and exploit
each other economically, chop down forests, spread poison everywhere,
nuke our brains with wi-fi and mobile phones, blow each other up with
bombs and missiles, destroy our fellow man's genome with DU and GMO's,
microwave life in Mother Ocean to a crisp, and spread a full-spectrum
barrage of filth and toxicity into each other's minds via
mass-communication...To say that 'peace' in a world where all this is
the 'pathology of normalcy' is a total delusion is an astronomical
understatement.
Russian
psychoanalyst, historian, scholar and interdisciplinary researcher
Immanuel Velikovsky was to me one of the top minds of the 20th century.
He knew several languages, communicated with many leading-edge
researchers of his time and was able to formulate an unrivaled
perspective on the true nature of the 'human condition.' He noted that
the rulers of the earliest known civilizations all seemed to express as
their highest aspiration a desire to emulate the gods, the 'gods' being
celestial bodies and processes. In other words, ancient rulers sought to
be able to reproduce the 'theomachy', or 'war of the gods' that they had repeatedly witnessed.
Velikovsky's greatest observation and insight was that humanity as a whole has all the characteristics of a traumatized psychiatric patient...that
our species has lived through an unending progression of planetary
catastrophes that have occurred throughout the history of Mother Earth,
cataclysms so profound that we as a whole have chosen not to remember
and honour our true history but to deny and repress these horrific
memories. This chronic denial and repression at our species level has
doomed us...'civilized man' as opposed to indigenous people...to
re-enact our own self-destruction through 'emulating the gods' of the
heavens, by using our most advanced technologies as weapons systems
aimed at ourselves and at Mother Earth.
I
believe that 'civilization' itself was born from this deep-seated and
irrational fear, denial and repression of our history of cataclysm...we
began to live in cities which were really fortresses against 'the enemy'
which to us has really been Mother Earth and nature herself. To this
day we are doing our absolute best to 'emulate the gods' of killing and
destruction, using the very same forces that 'they' have used on
us...nuclear energy and intense electromagnetic radiation to wreak
maximum destruction, hurl 'bolts of lightning', create storms, tidal
waves and earth-quakes, plagues and pestilence.
Our
greatest delusion is that we as humans represent the pinnacle of
intelligence on Mother Earth. That we are the only NON-INTELLIGENT form
of life would be much closer to the truth. We are the only life-form
ever to exist on this planet who has become a threat to the well-being
of the entire family of life and to Mother Earth herself.
The bottom line is that if we allow ourselves to 'think like a planet',
we quickly realize that while we need Mother Earth for our very
survival and existence, she has absolutely NO NEED OF US and in reality,
would be much better off without humanity in its present form.
HOPI ELDER THOMAS BANYACYA
The
Hopi prophecy told us that 'if we dig precious things from the land, we
will invite disaster.' 'Civilization' and the entire industrial
revolution is fundamentally based on this very process. The Hopis have a
word that describes exactly what has been happening in the world due to
human impact in recent centuries, decades and years: koyaanisqatsi, or 'life out of balance.' I was told by Hopi elder Thomas Banyacya
in 1986 that koyaanisqatsi can only be healed through the 'day of
purification', a time when Mother Earth cleanses herself of all that is
out of balance and harmony with life, which would be about 99.99% of the
entire human enterprise, and that these purifications have happened
before by means of fire, flood and wind. He also said that in no way can
we avert the day of purification, but that if enough good people made
positive life-oriented changes, we may be able to lessen its severity,
which means lessening the destructive impacts on all the non-human
life-forms who will be injured or killed by whatever Mother Earth has to
do to get rid of us. Such is the karma of our 'emulation of the gods.'
I
feel that the whales and dolphins, as first-order kaitiakis of life on
Mother Earth and a true 'extra-terrestrial intelligence' who maintain
our connection with water-based life in other star-systems, not only
have witnessed...and survived...previous 'days of purification' and
planetary-level catastrophes, they are also aware of how this is going
to happen again very soon and have been doing their best to warn us.
This
is the essence of my message to humanity; yet as a whole we have
spurned warnings from indigenous elders for many decades and have
instead put our pedal to the metal of military-industrial metastasis.
